Due to the handmade nature of our items, no two products will be exactly the same. Please expect to see slight variations along with, knots, wood grain, saw marks, nail gun holes , dents and jagged edges. these are not deemed defects and we make no effort to conceal these as we feel that it adds character to your piece. 

 

If you are looking for perfection our items might not be for you.

When choosing a stain color please refer to our stain section on our page for the best representation of our selection, these photos are shot in natural daylight and are the most accurate color. Please note that photos uploaded on our feed are edited with presets that changes the look/color of the stain. Stain comes out and absorbs differently on different types of wood.

At Walker Home Decor our main source of material is natural/real wood, environmental factors can cause changes or reactions to the colour and texture. Exposure to direct sunlight or wet weather (unless sealed) will cause premature deterioration of your product. Do not place your custom pieces directly under Air conditioning or Heating Vents.

When choosing our products please remember that natural wood continues to move and warp, so splits or cracks may appear over time, this should be expected as it responds to the environment. These are not to be considered a fault or flaw.

Walker Home Decor is not responsible for damage to our products once it leaves our property. It is the customers responsibility to safely transport their items and set them up securely in their home. This includes damage due to improper hanging.

Once your order is complete you will be notified and a link will be provided to schedule a pick up time, this helps us keep organized. If you cannot pick your item(s) up, please reschedule your pick up time with us so your items can be brought back inside to avoid weather damage and potential theft.
